We have formed a joint venture with Suzanne Wynn, JD, LLM of Qualified Pension Consulting in providing services to clients for Fully Insured Cash Balance Plans.

Ms. Wynn is the former Director of Pension Operations for AccuDraft, one of the largest providers of plan documents.  She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Suzanne has practiced law for over 15 years.  Most of that time has been spent representing corporations and small businesses before government agencies, include the IRS, Department of Labor, and the PBGC in matters involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA").  She has also worked as a Tax Law Specialist for the Employee Plans Division of the IRS where her responsibilities included review of plan documents, determination letter applications and training IRS personnel.
