Annual Allocation Reports

These reports present the results of the allocation for the period and include the following:
  • Statement of asset transactions during the period.
  • Listing of all participants with a reconciliation of account balances from one period to the next. This reconciliation includes the allocation of employer contributions.
  • Separate lists for participants who have separated from service with the Employer, but who have not received their plan benefits.
  • Summary of the principal provisions of the plan.

Individual Participant Statements

We will prepare a quarterly statement for each participant which shows his or her account balance at the current allocation date. This statement reconciles the account balance from the prior allocation balance and shows the current vested portion of the account. This statement can serve as a useful communication tool so the employees can become more aware and appreciative of the plan.

We will prepare a statement showing the vested account balance for each participant who terminates.
 

Annual Reporting and Disclosure

We prepare the following forms and reports as part of our annual service for the plan:
Form 5500 series and all supplemental schedules.
Summary Annual Report (SAR) to be distributed to all plan participants.

Other Compliance Testing

We also monitor all other limitations and tests, such as:
  • Code Section 415 limits
  • Compensation limits and testing under Code Sections 401(a)17 and 414(s)
  • Deductibility limitations under Code Section 404
  • Coverage requirements under Code Section 410(b)
  • Non-discrimination requirements under Code Section 401(a)(4)
  • Top-heavy analysis
